Josh Rapley founded Astra Property Group with one clear intention: to help people build long-term financial freedom through property—without getting trapped in the wrong strategy or signing up for a second job they never meant to take on.
Josh’s journey into property wasn’t linear. After earning a Master’s degree in Cello Performance in Germany, he returned to the UK with ambitions of pursuing a musical career. But the deeper he stepped into that world, the more he realised the reality didn’t match the dream. The career path felt unstable, restrictive, and financially uncertain.
At the same time, working in his family's property business—which includes over 40 HMOs—had quietly shown him something else: a way to create freedom, security, and choice by owning income-producing assets. It wasn’t glamorous, but it worked.
With this shift in perspective, Josh joined the Sourced Property franchise, where he built a business inside one of the UK’s largest investor networks. He sourced deals, negotiated with investors, and managed full end-to-end transactions. But it was when he joined the Property Entrepreneur community that everything clicked.

Fabian co-founded Astra Property Group with a clear purpose: to combine his international business experience, project delivery expertise, and lifelong exposure to property to help others build wealth through strategic, stress-free investing.
For Fabian, property has always been part of the fabric of life. His grandfather was a developer who built wealth through construction and the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance model. His father runs a commercial property business. Growing up in Venezuela, Fabian saw first-hand the generational impact that property can have—not just financially, but in creating stability and long-term opportunity. A career in real estate was never a question of if—only when.
After relocating to Germany, Fabian spent nearly three years building and running an online business, sharpening skills that would later become central to his work in property: market analysis, negotiation, and strategic planning. Eventually, he moved to the UK to put down roots and fully commit to his passion for real estate.
Determined to take a professional approach, Fabian undertook formal property investment training and became a qualified Project Manager. This hands-on training gave him a strong foundation—but it was meeting Josh that brought the bigger vision into focus. They quickly realised they shared a philosophy: that successful investing starts with clarity, strategy, and execution—not hype.
